Steven Chilinski – President – CEO

Steve has managed the growth of several healthcare and technology companies over the past 20 years of his career. His healthcare focus has primarily been on providing best-in-class products and services to the acute care and alternate site markets. Steve graduated Magna Cum Laude receiving a BS degree from Syracuse University. He and his wife, Lisa, have two daughters and, when time permits, Steve pursues a goal of continuous quality improvement of his golf game.

Glen Palmer – COO

Glen Palmer is a graduate of La Salle Institute, the Albany College of Pharmacy and has been an Authorized Nuclear Pharmacist since 1993. He is one of the original partners of PharmaLogic Holdings Incorporated and has served as the PIC and RSO at several of their locations.  Glen is a licensed Authorized Nuclear Pharmacist in 19 states.  In 2007, Glen had the distinction of becoming a Board-Certified Nuclear Pharmacist. He is an active member of APhA, SNMMI, and several state pharmacy associations.  Glen resides in WV with his wife, Michelle.  He is a devoted husband and father of five children:  three sons and two daughters. In his free time, Glen has devoted numerous hours to the Boy Scouts of America as a Scout Master having three sons achieve Eagle Scout rank.  He has coached several soccer teams and is a back-stage dad for his daughter’s theater performances.

Scott Holbrook, MS, FSNMMI-TS – Chief Strategy Officer, General Manager PET & Precision Medicine

Scott has over twenty years’ experience in the field of molecular imaging and therapeutics which encompasses all phases of radiopharmaceutical drug development including target identification, GMP manufacturing, clinical trials, translation, and post-approval manufacturing.

Scott started his industry career at PETNET Solutions. Since then he has co-founded Precision Nuclear and Invivo Imaging, now owned by PharmaLogic Holdings.  He has served on more than fifty internationally recognized committees and boards of directors established by international medical societies and government agencies in molecular imaging.  He has served as the president of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging-TS on two occasions and has spent five years on the SNMMI board of directors and is experienced in working with FDA, CMS, the US Congress, The Joint Commission, The Nuclear Regulatory Commission, (NRC), The Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors (CRCPD).  Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nuclear medicine technology and Master of Science degree in molecular imaging and therapeutics.

Tony Romero – VP of Sales & Marketing

Tony has over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with over fifteen years’ experience in SPECT & PET radiopharmaceuticals business development and sales management. Throughout his career, Tony has been involved in the launch of many new products. In addition, he has developed sales and marketing strategies in all phases of product lifecycles with a focus on personalized medicine through innovative diagnostics. Tony joined PharmaLogic tasked with leading the effort to formulate a unified sales structure to serve the nuclear medicine community with an emphasis on customer care, service reliability, operational excellence, and new product development.

Anthony Medel, MBA – VP & Corporate Controller

Anthony Medel has over 15 years of finance/accounting experience primarily in the healthcare industry, serving in various roles for both public and privately held companies such as Ameripath, Quest Diagnostics and Aurora Diagnostics. Mr. Medel joined PharmaLogic in 2010 and became Corporate Controller in 2016, with responsibility for internal and external financial reporting, budgeting and analysis as well as information systems implementations and integration of the numerous business acquisitions completed by PharmaLogic. Mr. Medel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting/Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
